Recruitment for the 2nd Edition of SEA-EU Ambassadors

OFERTA ARCHIWALNA

Do you want to gain international experience? Do you create videos, graphics, or written content? Do you enjoy organizing events or are you interested in marketing? Join us, develop your skills, and become a Student Ambassador of the SEA-EU Alliance!

The SEA-EU Ambassadors Programme is a 12-month paid internship, during which University of Gdańsk students take an active role in implementing international initiatives carried out by the SEA-EU alliance. Ambassadors support promotional activities, help organize events, participate in international meetings, and represent UG students within SEA-EU bodies.
The application deadline is 14 October 2025.

According to programme coordinator Marcel Jakubowski:
“We invite both broadly skilled students and those specializing in specific fields. We tailor the scope of work individually to each participant. While the word ‘development’ is often overused today, we genuinely strive to provide real professional growth.”

SEA-EU is an alliance of nine European coastal universities (Gdańsk, Cádiz, Brest, Kiel, Split, Malta, Naples, Algarve, Bodø) working together to build a shared space for education, research, mobility, and cross-border cooperation. The mission is to create a modern, international, socially and environmentally responsible European university.

Ambassadors from the first edition took part in SEA-EU Student Council meetings in Kiel, represented UG during the end of the Polish Presidency in the EU in Brussels, and participated in communication team meetings of the alliance. Students of UG regularly travel to international conferences, participate in courses at partner universities, and collaborate on joint projects.

The Ambassador’s role includes representing UG students in international SEA-EU bodies and supporting the promotion of SEA-EU activities among the UG community.
