The purpose of participating in the event is to deepen reflection on gender as a significant social phenomenon through an interdisciplinary approach to the subject. The event also seeks to create a space for the exchange of knowledge, critical analysis, and collaboration among participants in order to jointly explore how gender identities are shaped, challenged, and interpreted across various fields and social practices. The aim of the course is an in-depth reflection on pedagogical and social innovations, with particular emphasis on projects and activities carried out in cooperation between universities and local communities. Participants will learn the theoretical basis of these innovations, as well as practical examples from various fields of knowledge. More details

Intensive introductory training in seafloor geology and remote predictive geological mapping techniques. Students are introduced to data compilation and integration, accessing data repositories, how to process different data sets such as multibeam bathymetry and geophysical data, how to set up map projects in a GIS with the relevant data management tools and editors, and how to interpret the compiled data in terms of the geological attributes of the seafloor.
